By understanding the perceptual, institutional, and psychological processes that impact the ways in which people interact with each other, we can co-create antiracist learning communities that put the social-emotional needs of students and staff at the forefront.
REDI Schools is your partner in this work. We understand that the best learning - the best teaching - happens when there is psychological safety and equity. Through our REDI toolkit, the Anti-Fellowship and wraparound support, we will break down racist paradigms and systems of oppression that prevent learning.
